Calling for women from LMICs currently in Europe to help design better transport

The TInngO project aims to reduce gender bias in employment, education and mobility, across Europe. The new sustainable transport agendas, calls for greater inclusion and updated planning processes mean that this could be a real opportunity to get women’s voices heard, get transport shaped around women’s needs.

TInnGO operates across 10 hubs in Europe, and we need to talk to migrant women, and those who are marginalised and disadvantaged, about their experiences and what services they would like in their local area.

More project details can be found here https://www.tinngo.eu/. I am coordinating TInnGO, so if you would like to get in touch with us and try to get women’s transport needs on the European agenda, please email me on A.Woodcock@coventry.ac.uk. Or use the discussion forum!
